Cool page Damien! It was great to reconnect and make some music together again. Playing those songs we wrote together 25 years ago, brought back a lot of good memories and feelings. We really shared something special.

I was starting play bass more on my music because I felt it would warm up my songs. As a result I got very bad blisters. You are right, you need to build up calluses.

I think they are great! I think your guitar playing is very good. If I memorized the words, it is the type of song that would have me singing out loud.

So which chords did he learn first? I think my Dad taught me E and Em first, then G, then C, then Am. Then I was off on my own after that! I used to play until my fingers had blisters, so it does take some patience and pain to get started! Way better that Guitar Hero though, that's for sure!

Thank You Justin. It was fun. I had my kids running around a small coffee shop so that was kinda stressful, but I was able to stretch out a few times and deliver some good stuff (I hope). The best tune I think was my last "These Days" by Jackson Browne but there were other high points. So what do you think of the new "all in one" blog? Yep ... no more Postcards or Dynamite Lesson Plan. It's all here. Wonder if my earnings will plummet? Don't really care anymore. An increase would be nice! LOL.

Thanks a million Chris. I really look up to your energy in the projects you do. As far as Julianna, yeah, I recorded that in very uncomfortable surroundings. Namely, in my garage wit really no elbow room at all. Plus I was under the gun for time. The guitar isn't smooth but it's close enough for rock-n-roll. One day I will record it professionally because it just screams hit to me:

Still in love with the song "Julianna". This song has a "stuck in your head" hook. Would love to hear the vocals brought out in the mix a little bit...but a great song my brother! Great list of songs man...keep 'em coming!
